We need each other, and
the sooner we learn that, the better for us all."

EXPERIENCE
I have practised across various settings as a psychologist, including children's hospital, schools, and private practice settings.
I am passionate about using a holistic approach that cultivates a warm and nurturing environment to assist children and adolescents to improve their mental health, build on strengths and capabilities, and make necessary changes to make life more rewarding and fulfilling.
I employ various therapeutic models, evidence-based psychological frameworks and parenting programmes such as Circle of Security and the 123 Magic to assist parents managing challenging behaviours and build secure attachment with their children.
